I know this is an old game, but I still like it.
I once worked overnight for Good Morning America when they were broadcasting live from St. Louis. I got to deliver scripts and Diet Coke to Joan Lunden. Joan briefly dated Kevin Costner. Kevin Costner and Kevin Bacon starred in JFK together.
A score of 3. To find yours, check out UVa’s Oracle of Bacon.
What’s your story? (Dad, yours oughta be good!)

I have a score of 3. I met Willard Scott, who was in Roommates (1995) with Gerry Becker. Gerry Becker was in Trapped (2002) with Kevin Bacon.
1. I once met Sissy Spacek, who starred in a movie with Mr. Bacon.
I met Vanessa Williams at an autograph session while she was Miss America. Vanessa Williams (VII) was in Hoodlum (1997) with Beau Starr
Beau Starr was in Where the Truth Lies (2005) with Kevin Bacon .
my number is 3…but i may have another…
Fun game! My score was 3…I was in a movie scene with Bon Jovi. Bon Jovi was in U-571 (what is that?) with Tom Guiry (who is that?), and Tom Guiry was in Mystic River with Mr. Bacon.
I have a score of 3. I met James Brown in an airport (asked him for an autograph while in line at the snack bar). James Brown (I) was in Holy Man (1998) with Marc Macaulay. Marc Macaulay was in Wild Things (1998) with Kevin Bacon.
Whoa. Mary Beth met Bon Jovi. Elizabeth met James Brown. And all I got was JOAN LUNDEN. Jeez.
Dad phoned in his score: an impressive 2, as he was in a room with Luke Wilson who was dating Reese Witherspoon at the time (whilst my dad was in Legally Blonde 2), and Luke Wilson was in some movie I can’t remember with Kevin Bacon. Now, it’s arguable that his score is actually a 3 because Reese actually TOUCHED him and SPOKE to him, but I think it counts. So far, Dad wins.
I met Kevin Bacon while working at that television network. Now you’re a two.
I’m a 3 — I met Alex Trebek when I was on Jeopardy. Alex was in Random Hearts (1999) with Blair Brown. Blair Brown was in Loverboy (2005) with Kevin Bacon.
Has anybody ever seen any of these movies that have been mentioned (here and above)? I’ve never even heard of lots of them. Either I need to get to Blockbuster more or there’s a lot of really awful cinema out there!
Of the above Bacon fare, I have only seen Wild Things (sad to say that, even). Yes, Lisa — there’s a lot of bad cinema and Bacon’s been in a lot of it!
