Poo jokes around my house are golden (for better or worse)! This thing is a classic. I think it’s a sweet suprise when something tastes 700% better than it looks.

I dare ya to eat the chocolate poo.

Reminds me of the trailer for *Baby Mamma*:

“Is this poop or chocolate” (mom looking at brown mess on her kid’s arm)

(she licks the mess…)

“Chocolate!”

You know, when you posted the photo the other day, that was my first thought.

Every year for Christmas, Pete makes a buche de noel (Yule Log), which is a fancy way of saying “a jelly roll that’s saturated with chocolate, cream, and butter.” The first few years, it looked like a pile of poop. Then Pete started getting creative. He added a “stump” to the log, then the next year added another. Then he started “forking” the frosting to look like bark. Then he added meringue mushrooms and powdered sugar snow.
