		<description>our landlord also uses Gail.  she just cleaned last week (it was oozing of bleach and pine-sol for days) since the guys upstairs hadn&#039;t cleaned, well, they hadn&#039;t cleaned at all...for a year.  thankfully, she cleaned our apartment before we moved in (previous tenant, also a dude, hadn&#039;t done much).  now, if you could only find cleaning folks who used non-toxic, biodegradable cleaning products...that would be perfect.  oh, and i&#039;m totally with you on needing someone else to pick up the slack.  I just can&#039;t keep up.</description>
