To ward off the pain of walking barefoot on tile floors at home, I have to do toe curls and extensions to keep my feet from aching. hey, did you know that feet can expand up to 1/2 size after pregnancy...those crazy relaxin hormones. i’ve heard plantar fascitis is wicked nasty. For plantar fascitis, I've found Crocs to be unbelievable therapeutic. Pete didn't believe me, but when he developed it too, I got him some Crocs and he found out that I was right. I wear them as my slippers around the house and it makes a huge difference. I love Ragged Mountain because they take such good care of my feet when I’m in there.
