Failures:

• Tried to get my son his driver’s permit but forgot his social security number so now we have to go back
• Screwed up the whole referral-before-appt. scenario with a doctor’s appointment
• Felt like an extremely irresponsible mother

Successes:

• Remembered to pick up the dry cleaning
• Made a delicious dinner
• Made my son laugh
