About the Hair

As I’ve mentioned before, I’m approaching my 20th high school reunion. I need to supply a “now” photo.

Which do you think, hair up:

or hair down:

Down. Both photos are nice, but you have lovely hair, so why not let everyone see it?

BTW, I love the color of the walls behind you!

  2. Sarabeth Says:

Both are great, but down is best.

  3. Brian Marston Says:

    You’re so lovely.
(I’m approaching my twentieth, too! I think I’ll wear my hair down.)

  7. Kathy Says:

    Another vote for “down.”

  8. Raquita Says:

does it suck that I think up? after six downs I think up.. I saw these in flickr and started to say so there too..

  9. Justin Says:

Don’t feel bad, Raquita. I agree. I’ve always been a fan of the up hair on women. I say go for that option.

  10. Cathy Says:

Definately down - for the picture. It frames your face nicely.

  11. Mike Murphy Says:

Yes, Raquita, it most definitely sucks.

    DOWN DOWN DOWN!!!

I think it depends on the look you are going for. The up (to me anyways) says “I’m going for the professional look.” Down says “I’m still young cool and my hair looks really good.”

It looks good either way though. If you do wear it up, I think you should get some really cute earrings.

  15. Marriage-101 Says:

  17. Liz Says:

  18. Cindy Says:

And the hair hair hair came down down down…says Winnie the Pooh (and me). Up looks too professional (i.e. “I’m headed off for work”) for this occasion.
