    I couldn’t agree more about helpful Jim’s blog is. We spent a lot of time going through his posts when we were trying to figure out whether to sell or rent out our house, plus when we met with Jim, he was incredibly knowledgeable about our particular neighborhood.

    Jen, I agree — getting to know Jim via his Web site and then, in person, he will absolutely be my go-to guy when we buy a new home and sell the one we’re in.
